1 week down 5 more to go UPDATE #1

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my one week difference. A lot of people probably won’t see the difference, but I already feel more energetic and a little bit less bloated on the daily! ☺️ I can’t wait to see how week 6 looks!
I have personal training three times a week for one hour. I do the stair climber 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes each time and I definitely think it’s making a difference in my butt 🤣 I also changed my diet to high protein and eating every 3-4 hours.

Hi everyone! I have an a update on my progress pictures I’d figure I’d share ☺️ today is March 7th and I’m officially on week 5 of my personal training & eating clean & healthy!! (Non processed, non gmo, gluten free, high protein, and nothing to drink but water, cranberry juice & Kombucha)
So far I have way more energy, higher endurance with cardio, no more bloating, sleeping through the night/ getting up on time, MENTAL CLEARITY is a big one for me….being on routine has helped me manage my anxiety. My cellulite is clearing up and my posture is better as well.
I’m overall more productive & the gym has positively impacted my life so much 🥰
I decided to continue with my personal training because I feel like this is just the start 💪 I have another block of 6 weeks with my PT starting tomorrow ☺️ here are my results so far and I’d love to see yours!! Let’s motivate each other and kick some gym ass 🏋️♀️
