Nothing on ultrasound :(

I’m considered over 6 weeks because my last period started 12/24. Blood work last week was negative, but where I’ve gotten so many positive home tests and now I’m getting positive digitals they brought me in for an ultrasound today. Last positive test (and last test I took) was a digital clear blue that resulted in a positive screen Sunday. Now today (Tuesday) there’s nothing in my uterus or anywhere else! Not even a sac. Maybe I’m early? This pregnancy would have resulted from sex on either 1/10 or 1/11.

Anyone else have positive tests and an empty uterus? I’m going crazy!
