My daughter is 15 months and I've been noticing PPD symptoms alot lately, I'd like to talk to someone about it and see if I need help but idk who to talk to about that.

You can ask your OB, your PCP, and even some pediatricians do PPD scans for moms.

I just talked to my regular doctor. She prescribed Zoloft and said if it didn’t help in a couple months she would refer me to a psychologist.
