Losing my baby 🙁

Hey y’all. Recently posted my pregnancy confirmation being the same day we confirmed with my daughter. However, this little one isn’t sticking. I was super sick with diarrhea from Saturday-Monday. Lost 10lbs and got really sick Monday. I had to get an IV to replenish liquids. I felt great! That night I started spotting, nurses said it was fine. I’m not cramping on my right side and the spotting is now red. I’m not very far along but my heart is shattered. :/
