7 weeks, hardly no symptoms

Im about to be 7 weeks tomorrow according to the calculations of the app. I have not been able to see a doctor as I am waiting on a referral to go through. This is my first pregnancy and I have little symptoms; breast tenderness, fatigue and occasional cramping only. I have yet to feel nauseous or anything like that. I have such anxiety because I don’t feel as if I am actually pregnant as per the lack of symptoms to where I check if I’m bleeding every time I go to the bathroom lol. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
