Wedding while pregnant

Just looking for advice. I have a wedding that I am in soon- I will be 39 weeks pregnant day of wedding. It’s about an hour and a half away. I would be driving myself as I have to get ready with the girls. And my husband would then meet me later when the wedding starts. We would be driving home separate etc. wedding is about an hour away from my hospital if something were to happen. Would you be going through with it?
