Help to stop yelling at kids

Anyone have too on how to help myself stop this? I have a 3 and 8 year old boy and although it’s gotten better, I just want to stop all together. The used to fight all day, everyday, nonstop. My oldest would pick on my little one and of course I always took it out on him. I feel I am causing them issues, maybe anxiety or something as I was yelled at all the time when I was little and I have extremely bad anxiety. I need tips, advice or really anything.

They have been getting along better which has stopped me from having to yell much but I need different ways of doing this when I get mad
