Weird feeling downstairs

Hey ladies so this is just weird to me.

Has anyone ever had this

When I go pee after I'm done peeing my urethra is like a tickling feeling and I feel like I still have to pee. But I feel like I have to push it out. Also feels as if my vagina is open or that's where I have to push from. It's just so weird and it isn't any stds or a uti or anything like bv etc. Is this a pregnancy sysmtom? Or is my bladder like failing? Cancer? I need help has anyone ever had this.
