Is it normal to have sore ovary/uterus 2 weeks after miscarriage

Almost 2 weeks ago I had a a miscarriage, I had a ultrasound 4 days ago and they were suspicious that I had left over tissue and possible uterine avm caused from my previous d&c. So the next day I had my hcg checked and because is was only 200. my dr said he didn't think I needed a d&c. The last 2 days when I press on my right or if im resting against the counter top it is sore feeling. Is this normal or should I bother my doctor again and let him know what's going on?
