Food poisoning while pregnant

Hey does anyone know if I need to go to the hospital or if it’s super serious if I get sick with food poisoning? I’m 33&2weeks pregnant and just recently told I’m high risk. My grandmother made some chicken soup the other day and my mother ended up violently(Im serious when I say violent) throwing up for HOURS . Then the next day my kids started vomiting and now I’m sitting in the bathroom with a bag feeling extremely nauseous and my stomach hurts. I don’t know if I should call labor and delivery if I throw up as violently or if I should just wait until tomorrow to call my OB
