Advice on swing sleeping ?

My little one is almost 3 months and he doesn’t wanna sleep in his bassinet he will only sleep in his swing or in my bed. I just wanna ask has anyone had problems with this ? Like is it okay for them to sleep long stretches in the swing? Cause this is the only way him and I get any sleep. Especially through the night!

No it’s not safe for a baby to sleep in a swing. Baby should sleep in a flat surface with nothing else around. It’s a risk of SIDS. My son was like this too but after a while he got use to sleeping in his crib

It's not safe so put him in the crib constantly, act like the swing doesn't exist. He will adapt. Bed is okay too just make it safe but you will need to get him used to the crib eventually. And I don't want anyone under my comment about bedsharing either. Move along

Unfortunately it’s not safe due the risk of positional asphyxia and the fact that it can cause hip problems :(

They are only suppose to be used for sleep if you are right there supervising 100% of the time. With that being said we went out and bought a flat swing for my oldest because she had the same problem
