So I took my last Depo shot 7 months ago. My next shot was supposed to be in October but I went off Depo instead. So I've been off hormones for 4 months but I still haven't had a period. I don't eat meat or dairy, I don't drink alcohol, I don't use drugs. I go to the gym regularly, a mix of cardio and weights. Overall I'm pretty a pretty healthy 24 year old but as the months go on I am concerned about my lack of menstrual cycle. I am well aware of Physicians dismissing menstrual cycle related issues, so I figured I would post here and see what the general consensus is before I see a doctor.
