My daughter is in 3T and 4T now so much summer clothes I’m buying 4T or 5T

My LO is in 3T now and I'm hoping her 3T summer clothes will fit! Might have to buy some 4T. All the lengths for her but the waists are too big because she doesn't weigh much. It's because of her height.  What is height/weight of your LO's? (My daughter was 36" at her last dr apt 2 months ago and about 27pds now)
