Ok so I had the rhogam shot with my last pregnancy because I’m RH negative. Never had issues with the pregnancy or bleeding and I still received the shots. The shots recently expired (they gave me a card that said when they expired ) which was this month. My husband and I are trying for baby #2 so do I need to get the shot before we start trying ? Or is it just during pregnancy /if I start bleeding? I had a miscarriage before my son , not sure if not having the shot could of contributed to that or not, but definitely want to avoid that again if possible.

Does anyone know if I need to get the shot before we start trying?
