Accidental chocolate cookies.

I was making chocolate chip cookies, a double batch so i can welcome my new neighbor and have some for valentines day as well.

I was using a cookie mix because much of the chocolate and chocolate chips are sold out locally (guessing supply issues mixed with the holiday). Well im experimenting with brown butter and didnt think at all about how pouring hot butter in a chocolate chip mix wasnt going to work....

Well now i have chocolate cookies. I guess its on theme at least!
