Back pain post c-section
Is this normal? I’m 8, almost 9 months pp. I have this pain mid-lower back on my spine. Is this from the spinal? Is there anything that can be done about it? It almost feels as though my spine is bending in the wrong direction, like it might break in half or something 🥴
