Just as a heads up, and only my two cents so take it with a grain of salt. About a month ago I found an article (or whatever you call those sciencey article things) that suggested vitamin D and probiotics can help with PCOS...
I'm already taking a multivitamin and Vitamin D... and so I got a pre&pro biotic (Olly), but after two weeks, and only a month after my last period, I started spotting -- barely enough to use a light tampon, but more than a daily liner can cover. (Which shouldn't even be happening, because I've been on BC for over a year, and recently got adjusted/acclimated to having a period every 2 months.)
About a week or so later... I'm still bleeding, enough for a light tampon, and that's after already trying removal for 2 days and re-inserting (as if to induce a period.) AND, I'm on my 4th day (of a 5-7 day regimen) of 800mg per day ibuprofen to stop the bleeding.
I'm convinced the biotics had something to do with it, and didn't even finish the bottle (used about half.)

These! When I was pregnant I actually took them twice a day. I take this one the zinc one now every morning. Just make sure you don’t drink anything warm/hot for about an hour :)
