Did you have these symptoms before a BFP ??

Okay so maybe like a week ago I think I started having some symptoms of pregnancy that I’ve had in the past. I’ve had weird vivid dreams every night and I don’t normally get those. My boobs have been a little tender, I’ve had back pain, slight cramps and even some pink when I wiped yesterday and this morning! All these are symptoms that I do not get before AF so I’m like 99.9% sure I’m pregnant. I took a Walmart cheap test this morning and it was negative (I’m still 2 days away from expected AF) so I know it’s early and I should use better tests. Let me know if you guys had similar symptoms and got a positive!!
