Symptom check

Hey ladies! First time posting here so I ovulated on Feb 11th on my left side (I know this for sure) me and my fiancée had sex the two days prioer and the day of. And like two days later I started feeling weird cramps but only on me left side, which i was confused about because I thought it was too early to feel anything. Well jump to the 18th (7DPO) I start having this weird back pain. And I never get any typr of back pain prior to period or while on it. I still have the cramps but they are much milder now and I still have the back pain as of today (22nd). I'm hoping this means something good. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
