Implantation Bleeding?

So today marks 14dpo and fiance haven't had any PMS symptoms but lot of discomfort. Sharp pain in stomach, ligh back pain, and private part shes says it feels weird like a pressure. Af was supposed to come 3 days ago.

Could either be period coming soon or implantation bleeding. I had just a small streak of bright red blood in my cervical mucus as my implantation “bleeding” but I don’t know what that looks like for other women, and my understanding is most don’t get it.
