Already have a Connor, pregnant with another boy and only name husband and I somewhat agree on is Carson, but I’m debating if it’s too similar.

I think you're safe because of the different vowel sounds, personally! I even know a pair of brothers with closer names (Lincoln & Liam) and that's still super cute too, imo
