Bleeding at 8 weeks pregnant...

I’ve been so afraid of miscarrying this pregnancy. The entire pregnancy I have felt no symptoms and just empty. On Sunday I was having horrible cramps but they felt more like UTI cramps and I thought it was a UTI because I constantly was feeling the need to pee. I ended up taking Nitrofurantoin and the symptoms went away within hours.

Fast forward to Tuesday I noticed red blood when I wiped after going pee. I immediately bursted into tears because my mind went straight to miscarriage. As the day went on the blood turned brown and today on Wednesday there is no more blood.

I can’t stop bawling my eyes out and don’t even want to go to the dr because I’m so ashamed and honestly don’t want to face the fact that it may be a miscarriage.

Does anyone have a similar experience they are willing to share?
