Thyroid issues??

Has anyone else experienced thyroid issues only during pregnancy? I had a chemical in December and my thyroid issues started then. Right throat shortness of breathe heart palpitations and neck pain after I lost the baby the symptoms subsided. I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant and I’m having symptoms again and they seem to be getting worse. My obgyn noticed my neck was swelled up but didn’t really put much thought into it. If anyone has any ideas or advice what I can do in the meantime or has gone through this please let me know! Thank you
