Feeling bummed

So I’ve been to the doctor and the doctor says I have tons of follicles to get pregnant she said she will not prescribe me any type of meds to help get pregnant because of the fact there are plenty of follicles however I have endometriosis and a tilted uterus I have been trying to get pregnant now for a year and it’s becoming very frustrating what do you ladies suggest? Have any of you been able to get clomid outside of a doctor? Or what products have you used to get pregnant that actually work I’m tired with spending money and should not work.. please help!!
