Braxton hicks? 33 weeks 4 days

What does braxton hicks feel like to you? Im getting slight cramps and my stomach gets really tight and i think these are braxton hicks? I’ve been timing them and they have been pretty frequent where this app i use says im having practice contractions and should reach out to my doctor. I have an appointment tomorrow so dk if i should reach out now or just wait and bring it up tomorrow in case ive been actually timing them wrong or not having them at all.
