I forgot just how rough the first trimester is 🥴

Gosh with my toddler, I remember being nauseous constantly, throwing up a handful of times, but it seemed to pass quickly.

This time 🤢 all day nausea again and vomiting and headaches. I throw up a few times a week. I threw up today and my nose started dripping blood in the middle of vomiting. That was a first.

My husband and I have talked about how many kids we wanted over the years. 4 sounded like a probable number. But now? I'm thinking this might be my last... at 2 Earth-side babies and 2 Heaven-side ones, I don't know that I ever want to go through another pregnancy 🥴😬😩

How do you decide how many kids is right for your family?

And how do you survive the first trimester. I'm doing all the doctor recommended things with absolutely no change in my nausea.
