Short cervix with twins.

I have been so stressed since earlier today. I’m 25 weeks pregnant with twins and I have a short cervix. I had a short cervix with my daughter as well. The doctors says they don’t do cerlage stitches with twins, and I can’t take progesterone, because it’s ineffective with twins + I’m allergic. My cervix is getting shorter and shorter with each visit: I’m scared, overwhelmed that my babies will come out too early. Has anyone dealt with this? I believe I have about 1.something inches left Of my cervix I know it started with a 1. Any advice would help me rn. my doctor basically told me if it get significantly worse he will hospitalize me for the remainder of my pregnancy.
