chlamydia treatment

i got a call from my ob on feb 7th and they said my lab result for chlamydia came back positive, i had sex with my boyfriend earlier that day that they had called me and later on the same day i took the antibiotic they prescribed me, is it possible i’m still infected? we didn’t have sex AFTER i took the treatment just maybe 45mins to an hour before i knew and took the antibiotic. it’s currently feb 24 and my ob told me to go in on the 1st to see if i still have it. would it be possible i still have it?
