What sort of Sexual Education class did you have in school?

Did you have a healthy sexual  education in school or were you left in the dark about your body, sex and how to protect yourself against pregnancy and STD's? Do you support abstinence only education or do you want to see more comprehensive sex education programs in our schools?

I took sexual health and reproduction in my state it was required before you graduate

I believe in teaching abstinence, but still learning about the human body. It's nothing to be ashamed of, but I believe sex is a subject for parents to teach, not learn in a classroom.

I never had sex ed. Grew up in So Cal. I learned on my own

I live in Canada, and I got a decent sex education. They taught is about our parts and the man's parts. How to avoid STI's and pregnancy (and not just abstinence). We were even told about our periods and the types of products out there for us.

​I would love to see a full sex education in all schools. I had a friend who went to a provate school (not a religious one either) and her sex Ed was horribly lacking. I basically taught her sex Ed. She was taught that if you had sex, you get pregnant. That one equals the other.  And that protection didn't work.
