Does anyone have tips for weight loss ideas ?
I stopped eating red meat , replaced corn ships with apple chips for snacking in between meals , overnight oats for breakfast, avocado toast, chicken and veggies for dinner. Nothing too crazy. Any tips, suggestions & words Of wisdom are highly appreciated.
I weigh 265 pounds, I didn’t realize how much weight I put on after having my daughter 7 months ago. I would look at myself in the mirror and wouldn’t recognize my old self but I didn’t realize all that weight until my dad took a video of me boxing with my uncles virtual reality headset. My body fat was bouncing like crazy :/ I really thought to myself like dang am I really that fat?
