Covid Help

My brother and sister in law were in the hospital for an extended period of time because they had a preterm baby. We were helping to take care of their first born while they went back and forth to see their newborn. However, they brought covid home to all of us and now my almost 2 year old woke up vomiting last night. I’m almost 17 weeks pregnant, but still testing negative. I would love to hear how covid effected your families. Was vomiting a symptom for your little ones? How long did it last? I appreciate any guidance as I feel we are still early on.
