I'm 4 weeks pregnant and on Progesterone but Bleeding constantly.

I have had two miscarriages before at exactly 12 weeks. Both came with some form of spotting nearly every monthly cycle. This time I got pregnant again and started spotting a few days after a missed period. Both blood and Urine tests confirmed pregnancy. My doctor prescribed progesterone 200mg once a day virginally. A few days ago my blood was drawn and my HCG level was 91. After 48 hours my HCG was 241. My doctor says that's good news. I'm worried because I have been bleeding for more than 5 days, a bit heavy with some clots.

Questions:

1. Does Progesterone cause heavy flow during pregnancy?

2. Did I have a miscarriage but test results still show pregnant?

3. How long will I bleed while on progesterone?

4. Can I still be pregnant while the blood flow is significant and with some clots?
