Mono amniotic twins!! 👀

I am only 8 weeks pregnant, we originally thought I was further a long (I have irregular periods) & I had an ultrasound at 6w 5d. At that time I found out I am having TWINS!! But not just that! They share the same amniotic sac & the same placenta! They were so small and close together at that time that I have to go back next week for a follow up ultrasound because they are concerned they may be conjoined. Has anyone ever dealt with this before? Maybe a momma who is further along & was told something similar in the beginning? After enduring a loss last year (went into preterm labor at 22w) my hubby & I are just a bit nervous about every little thing now.
