So my breast pump broke n i had to hand pump for a few days, thing is the electric pump always drained everything really well with my massages to assist. When it came to hand pumping those few days n where it would make my hands and wrists go numb after a certian amount of time ig I couldn't get it all drained as well so now after finally getting another electric pump my milk supply has dropped a lot compared to before. Ontop of staying hydrated, and making sure i eat well i am trying to pump every 3 hours again even tho LO eats every 4 hrs and added some mothers milk tea to the equation. My question is is there anything else i can do to bring my milk supply back up to what it was before, if anyone has any suggestions I will gladly read them so feel free to comment and lmk.

My biggest concern is that i am not making enough milk for my LO to have a full tummy now, for ex: lo would eat 5oz qnd I only produce 4, or LO would eat 4oz and I only produce 3, I have tried giving LO formula but LO didnt like nor take to it so I am trying to get my milk supply back up as quickly as possible, strictly pumping cuz LO doesn't take to breast after drs suggested bottle when LO had jaundice even tho I still just fed LO strictly breast milk through pumping and no formula
