8 month EBF schedule

Hello ladies 👋🏻

Looking for ideas on schedules you have used for your little one with sleep and food.

Right now in our home, I typically nurse her then give her solids an hour after. Some days are easier than others to do that but she always gets solids at dinner. Then nurses before bedtime. Bedtime is 7-730 depending on her mood.

She’s still waking up around 1130/430 to nurse. It was consistently 12 & 5 then she changed over the weekend. 👎🏻 I would be okay if she slept the Til a similar time but after she nurses the second time I get 2 hours max of sleeping time. So it’s gone from sleeping til 7 to 6.
