Breastfeeding Aversions
I feel terrible…. My baby boy is 2 years old and I have completely stopped breastfeeding on the right breast for about 2 months now (It was too painful) but he still goes in for the left boob at least twice a day.
After he was born I had a rough time in the beginning breastfeeding and those feelings are returning now that he has a mouth full of teeth and I just get so emotional and turned off. And when he’s on the left boob I squeeze it to take away the aversion but I am so emotional because I am now 9 weeks pregnant and it really feels terrible.
Like I just feel his teeth suckling on me and I get so grossed out.
I want to wean completely but he doesn’t eat everything that two year olds would eat. I give him oatmeal and applesauce and cookies and things in between. He won’t eat eggs, he won’t eat meat, he won’t eat ice cream, he won’t eat chicken/veggie nuggets. So I feel bad taking boob away from him because I know he gets nutrients from it.
Help please. Help.
