How often are your Braxton Hicks contractions?

I'm 22 weeks and have only noticed them a few times. Maybe it just took me a while to realize what they were. My OB said they are a concern if you have more than 6 in an hour, but I don't have anything close to that. How about you ladies?

I have had a few and get them more frequently if I’m. It drinking enough water.

I didn’t feel any braxton Hicks until the 3rd trimester with my first (or maybe late in the 2nd), this time around it’s been a few times a day since the end of the 1st trimester.
