Please help a tired mama… Can’t get any answers for a simple infection 😭

I’m currently 32 weeks and feel like I basically live in L&D. I’ve been having bleeding on and off throughout my third trimester already. My last visit was last week and resulted in a premature labor scare (1cm dilated). I am SUPER prone to infections during pregnancy, to the point that I get at least 3 or 4 in every pregnancy, sometimes even back to back. The hospital took urine from me MULTIPLE times, even told me it “looked normal” and never mentioned any signs of infection. But when I pulled it up on their portal, it was definitely not normal. I only looked because I started to have symptoms of a UTI. But abnormal results date back as early as the end of January. Multiple L&D visits and no one mentioned it. I tried to call the hospital back and they give me a bunch of numbers that lead nowhere. I called my OB and they said they would request the results and look it over. I had a follow up for the scare and the nurse pulled up the records and told me it wasn’t normal and to ask my doctor for official diagnosis. Doctor claimed he didn’t have the records (🤨) and would call me about it today. I called back and told them I’m starting to have UTI symptoms. They told me that my OB has HAD the results and should’ve been able to tell me, but since I have symptoms to go back to L&D. 😐 I’m just frustrated because I genuinely feel that my symptoms are only getting worse because every place I go is weirdly refusing to diagnose or treat an obvious infection. And now I have to go back to L&D for them to *possibly* diagnose my infection😐

How can I be polite but still firm about getting the results of my urine sample? What if they tell me it’s “normal”?
