Pregnancy after ectopics&miscarriages?

Hi
I've just recently had x2 ectopic pregnancies plus 4 miscarriages and don't have any tubes left. My only choice now is IVF, has anyone had success when they tried the first time??

My first round with fresh transfer failed, honestly I don’t really think hearing first time success stories is a good thing, because anything can happen and you may have other complications. Or everything may look perfect and it still fail, like it did with me. So I always say hope for the best but expect the worst so it doesn’t destroy you if it takes more than one time. I’m about to do a frozen embryo transfer in April and that is the only one left. So just remain positive even in the negative times of IVF.(:
