Needing some advice

Please no judgment. I’m going through it these days.

Not to get personal, but some things happened and I lost a lot. I had to apply for Medicaid and it’s just a rough time in life.

Anyway, I have 3 kids. I applied December 20th. It’s still pending. I’ve gone to the office, got no where.. no one could help me but told me to keep waiting basically, super rude lazy staff.

I’ve called the numbers for my states Medicaid and I am on hold for HOURS I can’t ever get through to talk to someone. It’s obviously now March 3rd and I desperately need insurance.

My 2 year old is needing tubes put in his ears, the doctor won’t do the surgery unless I have insurance or pay the 4K up front then the rest a payment plan. I don’t have that much right now up front. His pediatrician had referred us to an ENT specialist because he’s had over 7 ear infections in the last 9 months alone! Ever since he started daycare in the beguinning of last year it’s been hell.

He now has his 8th one, he’s super miserable and sick again. They still won’t do anything to help him other then send the same antibiotic that isn’t treating the infection.

His pediatrician told me if he keeps getting them and not having tubes put in he could loose his hearing or they can rupture. Im so scared, I’m angry, I don’t know why this is happening. Does anyone have any advice?! Genuinely my hands are tied. I feel like I’m failing my child. I don’t know what to do.
