What week would you tell your boss about pregnancy

After getting IVF, what week would you tell your employer about your pregnancy? I had multiple miscarriages so I don't want to disclose until I get into a second trimester.  How about you guys?

12 weeks. I'd had a miscarriage before, and couldn't bear to tell anyone too early. He had already suspected, because early IVF pregnancy/monitoring isn't exactly low key 🤣

My boss knows I’m going through IVF as I’ve needed time off for appointments. I would tell her as soon as I found out as there are certain jobs I wouldn’t be able to do when I go back if I am pregnant x

I had to tell my boss around 7-8 weeks because I was dealing with a sub chorionic haemorrhage and started missing days or leaving early because of bleeding. I didn’t plan on telling until well into my second trimester.

My boss kinda already knows. I had my 1st transfer in nov and ended in chemical. My boss got onto me about something that I didn't do and I snapped(day after I found out I lost it) he just walked away from me. Went to my husband and asked what my deal is because I'm never like that. My husband filled him in. This transfer my boss knows

I had planned on waiting until around 18-20 weeks to tell my employer just based on my history. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction to an infusion and wound up taking a week off. I needed a drs note for the sick time and decided to just rip the bandaid off- I was around 11 weeks then.

It’s totally up to you and your preference. I was really open with my boss though. I had to take a lot of time off of work to go to all my appointments since it was a 2 hour drive to my clinic and I would have to basically take the day off just to go do something simple. She knew when I had my transfer so I told her that I was pregnant after my second beta showed a good number (4 weeks and 3 days). I did tell her though not to tell anybody else in the company until I announced it. I announced to everyone at work when I was just over 12 weeks. Currently 31 weeks now.
