How to give head with small mouth

Hey ladies I need help. My guy is large and I’m mouth is small. I love giving him head but it’s really only good before he’s hard. (He’s quite a grower) anyways I want to get better but I seriously just can’t make my mouth open any bigger. I can barely get it to fit when he’s hard and I have a very difficult time not scraping him with my teeth so I can’t really move around at all

Anyways if you’ve experienced this before and found a solution please let me know.
