Scale says I haven’t lost weight, mirror/clothes say otherwise?
Hey y’all. So I’ve been exercising consistently at least 5x a week since January, and also watching what I eat. More protein, less carbs and sugar. Lots of veggies and fruit. However my scale has remained stagnant, like not a single pound lost. However, I look thinner and my clothes are fitting more loosely. So... what’s going on? How am I losing weight but the scale is not reflecting that?
