Is this another premature labor scare?

Currently 33 weeks + 2 day. Last week, I was 1 cm dilated and NST showed contractions. But I didn’t feel them with the scare and I never felt them in any other pregnancies until it was already confirmed I was in labor so idk what to look for. Everyone I ask just says “you’ll know when it’s contractions” which doesn’t really help. For about 3 hours now, I keep getting this on and off tightening pain and I also feel pain in my vagina. Is this normal or should I be worried ?
