No that is too soon regardless of the kind of birth. For both a c section and  a vaginal birth you should wait a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks but for many  people that may be too early depending on the healing process. Most women I know it was more like 12 weeks. But everyone will be different. If you don’t wait long enough you are at risk of damaging yourself if things haven’t healed properly or even getting a bad infection
