when you are requested to upload documents needed to keep your food stamps going and it’s been days no reply for anything. does this just mean it went through and i sent them the appropriate documents ? i uploaded it a few days ago and it says the deadline to show it is tomorrow the 9th. i figured if it wasn’t right they would call or tell me under my case number.

As long as you uploaded them on their website you should be good. But you can always call and ask

When it's time to help my mom with her benefits her homepage on her portal shows what documents were uploaded and if they had been reviewed or not. Does yours say anything similar? Did you get an error message that nothing uploaded? You shouldn't have to worry too much but you can always call and ask the status of your case
