Long period after starting gym regimen
Hey ladies!
I started going to the gym 4/5 a week for two weeks now after not going in years, yay! But today marks the 12th day of my period. They usually last 6/7 days. I also had a Pap smear done last month because I had a yeast infection, treated it and it’s gone now but it came back as having abnormal cells(which is most likely due to the infection the doctor said).
Anyways, I’m just wondering if I should call my gyno now or wait a couple more days until it hits the 14 day mark, or maybe I should take a pregnancy test as I’m active but I have an IUD.
Thank y’all in advance! I just don’t know what the next steps should be.
