27 weeks and 5 days

So I’m only 27 weeks and 5 days I am On the progesterone shot, I get it weekly, and I got a dose today about 5 hours ago . Now I feel like I’m having full blown very painful contractions or cramping my stomach pelvis area lower back are in horrible pain and I can’t get it to stop I’ve been laying in bed for almost 2 hours dealing with it and idk what do it’s so awful and painful . I have like 4-5 an hour lasting about 10 seconds-ish each for the past two hours or so. I do not want to waste hospital resources or anyones time going there for no reason.
