Is it normal to be spotting brown when I wipe . I went to the bathroom and I had brown spotting in my underwear and when I wipe it’s a little bit of it on the paper . I’ve been also having backache and pelvic discomfort . This is my 3rd but I don’t think I’ve ever had this before . I have a panty liner on but nothing just when I wipe I can kind of see some brown spotting . Can I take 2 Tylenol 500 for the discomfort ??
