How far along !!

Question mommas ,

I’m currently in the ER because I haven’t been able to eat or drink anything . Everything I try to nibble on makes me nauseated . They just did a beta HCG and mine is 56,622 , anyone had these numbers or close and were told how far along you were . I haven’t seen my OB yet so I have no idea how far along I am and there’s so many different ranges .
